Welcome to CRM Takasilmu (https://crm.takasilmu.biz.id). By accessing or using our customer relationship management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing the CRM platform, or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@takasilmu.biz.id if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. License & Use Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CRM platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service; (b) use automated tools to extract data; (c) interfere with system integrity or security; or (d) resell or sublicense access without written permission.
4. Data Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. You are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA). CRM Takasilmu is not liable for data loss due to user error, but we implement industry-standard safeguards and regular backups.
5. Subscription, Fees & Billing
Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are detailed on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your plan. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
CRM Takasilmu provides the service “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The revised version becomes effective upon posting at https://crm.takasilmu.biz.id/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.
